Setting up an e-ticket

Do you want to adjust the content of your e-ticket for scanning at your event? You can easily do this in the Ticket Module.

You decide which information appears on the e-ticket and what it looks like. The e-ticket is also designed so you can fold it into a convenient name badge.

What you can show on the e-ticket

You can display the following elements on the e-ticket in one language:

  • Event name and organization
  • Starting time
  • Visitor name: First and last name are automatically placed on the e-ticket.
  • Logo or brand image: Upload a logo or image to match the e-ticket to your event branding.
  • QR code: This code is generated automatically. Each visitor receives a unique QR code that you can scan on the day of the event with a smartphone or tablet to check them in. Read more here.

Fields you can customize yourself

You can enter, edit, or remove the following elements yourself. You can also format these in two languages:

Custom fields

  • Location: Enter where visitors need to be. You can also add extra information here, such as parking instructions or directions.
  • Program: Share the main parts of the program.
  • Extra information: Use this field for anything visitors should know in advance.
  • Personal registration details: Show personal details from the registration, such as workshop choices. You can set this up per ticket or through the registration form.

TIP: Only include information that is truly relevant for visitors. This keeps the e-ticket clear and easy to scan.

Show or hide registration questions on the e-ticket

Are registration questions shown on the e-ticket and do you want to remove them? You can disable this for each field. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Website Module.
  2. Open "Pages".
  3. Go to the Registration page.
  4. Click the pencil icon next to the registration question.
  5. Open the "Settings" tab.
  6. Look for the option "Show this field at e-ticket".
  7. Uncheck the desired admission ticket(s).

Please note: You need to adjust this setting for each registration question separately. So make sure to review all fields you do not want to show on the e-ticket.
